Running Shoe Profit Margin

synthetic labels from the U.S.: import in Italy? How?

browsing the blog of healthy nutrition-US license plate I overlooking a very nice site: Foodeducate . Americans are known throughout the world for their obesity rate in continuous and ever expanding today make every effort to get out the key, always winking eye to marketing and their irreducible character of "hard-core consumers."
Simple Nutrition is a new project Safeway, online grocery store specializing in organic products and marketing "ethical" healthy. It consists, briefly, in a further simplification of the labels by putting a label (tag) that brings out the "strengths" of a product. We make Examples:
  • sugar-free (without sugar)
  • gluten free (gluten free)
  • low saturated fat (saturated fat)
And so on (I refer you to know more clearly full article).
As the blog says, this idea would be interesting to import in Italy enriched by negative tag (smart thing not provided by Safeway, for usual reasons). I explain it, citandovi some point that has also highlighted Foodeducate :
  • contains the equivalent of 7 teaspoons of sugar;
  • contiene additivi con effetti sull'uomo ancora sconosciuti;
  • contiene grassi di non specificata orgine;
  • contiene troppi grassi saturi;
  • contiene aromi artificiali.
Sarebbe molto interessante, non meno giusto che i prodotti virtuosi siano facilmente e immediatamente riconoscibili al consumatore. Non è vero?
Ma soprattutto, quanto è fattibile da noi?
