First act because I have the feeling that we will return to discuss with you about this "battle between the Titans" has become famous.
My idea is clear: the butter is far superior to margarine. Also because numerous scientific studies prove that you will find in abundance in the network. It 'makes sense that the proceedings on the healthiness of a product must be always given together with the amount consumed. Let me explain: if I eat 20 g of butter a day I doubt that I can hurt you. If I eat 1 kg of course yes.
On Future of Consumer , Roberto La Pira's blog that I follow with some continuity, I jumped in the eyes a post on Lazzaroni, an ad in , Sided openly against margarine ( while using other vegetable fats are not specified ... mah ... consistency latita often ). Even more absurd, the grand jury has criticized as "denigrates the margarine, giving a negative image of biscuits made with this type of fat ..." . But why, it's no accident TRUE?
Remember therefore, very briefly, because we must avoid margarine:
- result is a product of chemical synthesis: that is what makes it strong is through a chemical process called "hydrogenation" or "separation." This process develops i famigerati grassi trans (la separazione ne sviluppa di meno...ma non li elimina del tutto);
- aumenta il colesterolo cattivo ed il suo consumo abituale può causare patologie del sistema cardiovascolare;
