Non posso vantare un'esperienza pluridecennale nel settore, data la mia giovane età.
Eppure credo di non ricordarmi in passato un simile andamento così squilibrato dei prezzi delle materie prime: costanti aumenti ormai da mesi . E pensare che me ne lamentavo già a luglio di queste "lievitazioni" al limite dell'inspiegabile (allora riguardavano il burro).
E ora mi ritrovo di nuovo a scrivere di aumenti con i soggetti che cambiano: grano e zucchero non si fermano più. Considerando la quantità innumerevole di prodotti alimentari che si fanno con farina e zucchero...beh, pensate quanti produttori oggi stanno imprecando (me compreso). A far da cornice a tutto questo è il prezzo dei carburanti in continua ascesa che peggiora una situazione già non molto rosea.
Come può difendersi l 'artigiano/produttore responsabile ?
